It's always nice to get birthday wishes from frens on birthday...not forgetting meeting up with frens to celebrate...

Last day of "self deceit"

Today is the last day that i can still say i'm in the 20s...haha...well, recently 2 colleagues commented that i look like 25 :p and they were surprised when i told them my age...haha :p

nevertheless...i'm looking forward to my next stage of life...and something exciting ahead :)

不吐不快

Sometimes people can only see how miserable they are or think they work super hard cos they work till very late everyday…

Yesterday during lunch, dunno who brought up the topic of ECA in the company…this new colleague said she kenna the family day committee…so 1 of them pointed at 3 of us who joined for 1yr+ or less and commented we very lucky cos we no ECA…upon hearing that, I was quite pissed off…does it mean that we have to ‘publicize’ our ECA to everyone?? And it happens that 2 of 3 of us have ECA lor…Or is it our ECA is not that prominent, so to them it’s not ECA? Anyway, what ECA u kenna is mainly depending on your luck and which section of the dept u r in…

I thought of the other morning when I bumped into the one who said we no ECA…she asked if I received a lot of smses for that “big thing” that happened last night…I said no cos I not in that team…she commented that why am I not in the team…I said, why must I be in the team?? She said most of us in the dept are under the team and the other colleague of my section is also part of the team…I can simply say “orh”…what I feel like telling her is that, there’s already someone in our section part of the team, if it’s not me then I’m lucky…but what abt the someone of our section? Ya, she’s in the team, but so far in 1yr, she has not been ‘activated’ at all…so does it make her lucky as well?? I just wonder why is it that some people are so superficial…can only see themselves being in the limelight or just want to highlight their unlucky situation?

Some people always complain how late they have to work…but if u turn around and see, who is the one that has already gone for 3 holidays in half a year? The same person!! Ya, u work very late, but once u finish ur stuff, u can go for holidays…us? Our responsibilities are different and not that flexible…so dun always complain how ‘impt’ u are and how much stuff u r doing…this reminds me of another time when this same person complained during lunch, and 1 of the colleagues ‘shoot’ her back by saying, “ya, u all business partners very busy, we group ones very free”…haha…anyway, this kind of people, will complain regardless of where they are…
